Welcome,

I share yoga from my heart. Offering sessions steeped in ancient philosophy, grounded in scientific principles and layered with playful creativity.

I come with curiosity, compassion and fascination of mind, body and being here.

Flexibility and fitness are by no means a prerequisite— these skills develop in process yet our significant focus lies in awakening awareness. This practice is for all.

Collectively, we immerse in the wise teachings of movement, stillness and breath. Connecting to our unique interiority by way of purposeful theme, pace and presence.

Encouraging self-enquiry, autonomy and expression; that is to say, truth. I recognise active challenge as a form of needed nurture, growth and power. I hold vast reverence for deep rest, reflection and stillness. We flux between.

Life asks that we wade in realms of entropic contrast. In the same way an artist’s canvas enlivens by receiving depth from the interplay of light and dark, it is my experience that our days, and so our lives, animate in much the same way.

For me, Yogic & Taoist scripture act as maps, guiding us to be with life’s dualities, intimately and intentionally, without becoming excessively entangled in them. Such that we flow through our experience of ‘positive’ and ‘negative’ with quiet trust in their transience.

ella’s way invites you to find your own way of return. A path you are both curious explorer in and creative artist of. An amalgamation of self and source.

I guide inspired by the sacred authenticity of my own simple presence. I resource teachings and modalities I find to be most engaging, remedial and real.
